We, M/s. Jacob and Jacob, Chartered Accountants have commenced our operations on the 1st of April 1999. The firm has two founder partners, Mr. Josekutty Jacob and Mr. Antony Jacob.

Mr. Josekutty Jacob, one of the founder partners, was enrolled as a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 1998 and has an experience of several years in almost every facet of the accounting, auditing and consulting profession. He is a qualified Information Systems Auditor holding DISA awarded by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is an ardent finance professional who is well versed in tax laws, commercial laws, company law, accounting and auditing standards, management consultancy, information system audit, information system consulting, mergers and acquisitions, risk management, representative offices etc. and providing services to the wide spectrum of clientele of the firm. |

| Mr. Antony Jacob, qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the year 1999, has started his professional career as a founder partner of M/s. Jacob and Jacob. He had served as a Finance Executive in Kerala Electrical and Allied Engineering Company Ltd. for two years. He has effectively partnered in the growth of the firm since its inception. His forte lies in direct as well as indirect taxation, valuations, corporate law, financial modeling, business consultancy, system implementation etc. He has effectively handled business restructuring and start up ventures in competitive business environments. He has hands on experience in providing total management solutions to non-profit organizations including representative office. |
